In October 2004 received over 1.5 MM USD from venture capital investors, including New Market Technology, Inc. a publicly held technology investment company.

In November of 2004 acquired all assets from Catelyst Communications, Inc. Which included all wholesale contracts and additional VoIP hardware assets.

In 2005 the founding partners made an additional investment of over $1.2 Million Dollars, to launch a retail marketing and advertising campaign of it Hi Connect service.

In 2006 entered into an agreement to launch VoIP services in a partner ship with QTel Americas. A WiFi service provider with presence in Latinamerica.
