•  He served as COO/President of Vox2Vox Communications in Miami multi million dollar IP telecommunications and value added services company, with presence in Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal and Turkey) and Latin America (Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico and Argentina) part of Ella Cisneros Communications Holdings (ECC Holdings).

•  Extensive experience in the US, Europe and Latin American markets, is fluent in 4 languages and holds an MBA from Universidad Metropolitana.

•  Chairman RKM IT Solutions and its subsidiaries, currently providing distribution and IT engineering services to Latin America with sales of over $15 MM.

•  As Director of CTI at RKM Consulting, he managed the exclusive agency of ITXC Corp. for northern Latin America and the Caribbean since 1998 through 2001.

•  Graduated from the University of Bologna, Italy in Electronic Engineering, specializing in Data Networking.

•  Held the position of Manufacturing Manager for Telenorma, and ran their manufacturing facilities in Latin America for over 10 years.

•  At Vox2Vox Communications Manfred Koroschetz was dedicated to create and deliver voice services for end users integrating Internet and voice technologies.

•  He is Director at RKM IT Solution providing Technology strategies and creating the technical vision of the holding.

•  More than twenty years of Systems Integration, implementing and pioneering technologies such as unified Messaging and Directory Services

Hector L. Figallo. Chief Operations Officer.

•  More than 15 years of experience in Senior Management.

•  As Managing Director of Terranova International Consulting, he develops and creates products in the Telco Industry and also analyzes process, costs and revenues of their customers to optimize them in order to accelerate the generation of profits.

•  As VP of Fortitude Brands, He developed new markets and launched new product lines in the US and the Americas.

•  As Managing Director of Florida Grains Inc., Figallo opened the U.S. market for the Alesie Group of Companies, which are based in the Caribbean and Latin America. Annual sales for the Alesie Group exceeded U.S. $20 million.

•  As COO of Confrutas C.A., a fruit and produce company in Venezuela, He sourced food products from the region for importation and distribution in Venezuela. Mr. Figallo holds both a Law degree and an MBA.
